Christianne Calderon is a nurse at a New York hospital and works at the forefront of the battle against the coronavirus. At live, she gave an interview to the American ESPN when she was surprised by Federer.

The city where Christianne works, New York has been getting good news recently with a decrease in coronavirus cases. O field hospital improvised to treat the coronavirus, built at the Billie Jean King Tennis Complex, US Open, for example, sent the last patient home and, consequently, was officially closed after almost two months.
ATP and WTA, entities that organize the main professional tennis competitions on the planet, announced on Friday (15) the expansion of the suspension of this year’s calendar. According to the statement, they are all canceled until July 31.
The good news, however, is that the organizations plan to resume the professional tennis calendar at the beginning of August, when tennis players start the North American tour in Washington and compete in the Us Open, the last Grand Slam of the season.
